now would it be possible to jack this outa that car and stick it on my vulcan engine?

hmmm, the Turbo was a 2.5 liter four with 150hp and 180 lbft of torque.....at higher rpms than the Vulcan.....I'd say you'd smoke that with your Vulcan even if it is possible.....

p.s. the 3.0 in those cars was a Mitsubishi with like 140 hp (and no turbo)....

If I'm not mistaken, the first picture up there shows the 4 spark plug wires coming out of the 4banger...

I don't think it'd bolt right up, but with the right modifications, just maybe, but since you want to put a Dodge part in a Ford, it's just gonna be a nightmare.

From what we've discussed here, there isn't lots of room for a turbo on the Taurus and you'll need some kind of custom header to make it fit. Once you get it physically on there though, the hard part is done. The rest is a matter of tuning for the most part, depending on how much PSI you're running you'll need to upgrade other things.

Unless you have all the machining at your disposable and time to work out all the kinks, making a turbo Taurus is going to run you into thousands of dollars. What exactly is your experience on working on cars and what is your budget? There's plenty of other stuff you can do to your bull that will still put a smile on your face.
