Random Jerking or Sway?

2013 Intercepter sedan awd. When driving down the road, cruising speed, the car will randomly jerk left or right like I hit a rut in the road or a hard gust of wind hit me. Maybe while trans us upshifting? Only driven it a couple times now as I just bought it. The suspension feels tight. No knocking, clunking, or anything. It's awd. I do have an appt next Tuesday for the rear suspension recall.
