After sitting for about 2 years fuse #33 blew and caused alot of things to be dead but after replacing it my head unit still won't work I have checked number #1 #3 #17 and #27 under the hood and they are fine I have checked 18,22,30,31,32,33,34 and I think I checked 29 and all appear to be fine. Oh I also can use the head unit to turn on the heater and the airbag light turns on just the radio won't work

You don't have a CD changer, right? Because in that case (according the Wiring Diagrams of my 2000 Taurus), the RCU gets its power from the CD changer i.s.o. fuse #17 directly.

/No luckily no rodent damage just ended up undoing alot of stupid things. There was an aftermarket sound system that was done to the car and I guess they had to run a new harness. So I just hooked back up the original one and everything worked pretty well , I just don't think the decklid speakers are doing anything I just gotta connect them back up thanks for the help!
