Yes. I know the Gen3's radio face is held on by screws. Once removed you can see the buttons, and rubber thing, along with the EL sheet.

I don't know about Gen4's tho, but im sure its the same. Pull off the face and check it out. If its the same as Gen3's, all you have to do is unplug the EL sheet, and trace it on the new sheet. You will have an exact replacement.

Would be pretty easy to do.

have you been able to get the G3's radio apart? I've been trying, but I always give up because I'm afraid I'll break it. got any pics? I must be missing a screw somewhere
