Well It didn't turn out like I wanted it to, but it is almost as good. I couldn't flush mount the subs but they still look good. First I made a fiberglass mold of the rear deck. Then I made my speaker rings and glued them where I wanted them. I laid out the fleece and went to town with the resin and the sanding. The hard part was getting the carpet on without a wrinkles or seams. Well I had to put two seams in it but you will never see them. I will get them put in tomorrow, I can't wait.
I hope you plan on covering those up really well or having your windows tinted black. Wouldn't want anyone stealing anything. And where do you come up with this money just to do all this?
The one sub sounds good but I think it needs less air space, that will be fixed when I get my other sub.
Sal if you want something all you need to do is ask. That goes for anyone. As long as I have the time to do it and I'm not working on things for other people, and I won't make you pay until you see pictures of it.
I don't have back speakers as of now, but I will soon. I am making a mold of the little teardrop shape on the passenger doors and will make a custom enclosure for my Audiobahn components.

I was thinking of doing the same thing with back speakers but I would be doing to just add some you thought of making tweeter pods to put on the pillers?
As of right now I just duct taped all the holes in the deck So I guess it is more of a ported enclosure. I will be working on making it a sealed box soon, but the mold of the rear deck wouldn't work it was too tight. What I JUST thought of was cutting the sides down. Then take the subs out put the bottom mold in then set the top one hmmmm on top.Make a few supports to hold it in place. Then fiberglass it shut. Thanks for the help guys.
Are there ever any meets even close to New Mexico? I think there is only one other member from New Mexico. I did meet a guy today while I was putting in my 18's (I will get pictures in the morning) that said he use to race a Taurus but he was in the Air Force so who knows where he was from?
I had to drive all over Albuquerque today to get the right lugs for my car and everyone who pulled up beside me, behind me or was in a parking lot I was in just had to look. On the Air Force base they have a big shop to work on your car almost any tool you could need. I needed to turn my discs so I thought I would put new pads on and get the 18's on instead of sitting in the driveway with a jack putting them on. Everyone was asking about the car it is great. I can't wait to get it out on the road to see how people react.
