ok so i had a inccident happen to my car its a 2001 ford taurus i had a sparkplug elctrode break of in my motor and destroy i replaced the whole long block with a junkyard motor. so now i am having a similer problem its giving me a bad flashing check engine light.

symptoms everything is on bank 1:
cyl 3 misfire
cly 2 misfire
egr excessive flow
bank 1 lean
bank 2 rich
i also replaced coil pack, wires, swap inj, sparkplugs cleaned the whole egr system. cleaned tps, idle control valve,intake manifold throttle body, maf, airfilter

i drive 110+ mi to work evey day and 110 back. check engine light will not flash or come on highway as soon as i get off at slow rpm speed it will start throwing these codesi reset pcm evey time it comes on it runs better when i do. it runs ok when engine is cold and pcm is reseted but still feels rough when in drive i can feel slight shaking. shaking is worse when off highway. shifts are horrible. at highway speed i can feel it vibrating. its a ohv 3.0L
i was wondering if this a pcm issue or head i dont know which on it is. this is on the same bank so i wanna say head but also i had this problem with previous motor which lead me to replace it. i did not use head from previous motor i used the head from scrapped motor i never took off head from the scrapped motor because it was still torqued down.
i dont know what to do so i wanted to see what you guys think. ispent to much money already

Sounds you didnt check any sensors, turbine speed (crank shaft), vehicle speed, cam shaft position, mass ariflow etc sensors can give you some similar problems too..
