Now that I am finally adding an amp and subs to my sable, i'm interested in seeing everyone else's setups. I don't think this has been done before and searching for stereo pics in the garage is kinda of annoying, so lets post them here.

right now I got nothing special the factory JBL system with the built in sub haha. After a few paychecks I plan on getting a 12" alpine type s in a sealed box and undecided on the amp yet. Also i'm not quite sure whether I want to go through the trouble to add a dash kit and an aftermarket cd player seeing I will be on my bike a lot this summer.

I just installed a new system 3 weeks ago in my gen 3 ..... didnt want the stock stuff removed or damaged so i had the aftermarket stuff hidden , i didnt remember model numbers but i got a top of the line panasonic head unit with all the bells and whistles.wma/mp3/ipod/satalite etc.... rockford fosgate gate amp... 10.000 watt comp wiring from stinger with a 10.000 watt cap. and for now the rear subs are 2 pioneer impp's in the trunk till my road thunder gets here, my total power output right now is 1138 watts... and this is only the beggining also have a control box in the arm rest to control the d/b levels on the amp..... i dont have pics of my subs at this point but i will get pics of them later... the first 2 pics are of the dirt in my rear quarter panels on the 1st test in the audio bay! now for pics!

Here's my current set-up, though it's always changing, and is in pretty haggard condition but will change more when tax return comes...

Head-unit: Alpine CDA-9886 (with iPod Connection)

Speakers: Kicker KS68 (all around, and i know its not too pretty, brake light rattles, and the back speakers need bigger screws, redgreen'd it for now)

Sub: Digital Designs 2515 (yes i know its a ghetto box, and it shall be better, with time...)

Sub Amp: MTX TC3001 (new one coming soon...)

This was my set-up before I sold it...

All changing soon, hopefully each and every piece..
good luck with your quest for low frequencies, ..edge21.

Viper, isn't it kind of hard to reach all the way to your glove box to press the next button on the cd player? But nonetheless I bet that thing shakes like a mofo if all that dirt fell out. I'm trying to understand the LOC issue right now because I have a factory sub and apparently all the bass it cut from the rear speakers so I need to hack into the factory sub output for signal, but hopefully all goes smooth.

nope not at all its got a remote so i never have to touch the deck or the amp to change anything....the d/b's are controlled from the arm rest and the deck by hand remote...this is just the start...i'll be adding more later on.

My first setup:
2 Sony XPlod 12's, 1000w ea driven by a 2 channel bridged 800w sony amp

Second setup:
2 Kicker CompVR 12's, driven by a 1300w sony mono amp w/Tsunami 1.2 farad cap

All wiring was Tsunami 4ga..

Alpine CDA-9883 headunit

I dont have a pic, but right before i sold the car i put in an ida-x305 headunit in.

During both setups, I had Infinity Kappa 682.7cf 6x8s for all the speakers, and polk db 1" tweeters mounted on the front door sails.
