If I push on the front fenders I can hear rusted metal moving around ... I dont think there is anything holding them on.

The floor I expect to rust through soon enough.

I still love the car

Before I put them on I scrubbed the rusty spots on and shot each wheel up with a few coats of gloss black paint and 1 layer of clear coat.

The one wheel must have got scratched in one spot because it's got a bit of rust forming.

If steel wheels weren't so expensive I would buy another set to replace the bent alloys. But for $15 a piece +tax +core I decided to just buy two alloys to replace the bent ones.

My set of steelies, we sanded lightly all over then painted with black, but didn't do a clearcoat. Maybe that was my problem. They rusted up real fast.

Plus my tires on them are shot, so I might not be putting them back on until the tires on my fanblades wear out. The economy isn't good enough for me to have two sets of tires. Plus I can use my worn tires for autocross :D

But yeah, your car looks real nice, especially considering you talk about it being so rusty, but with the red paint it's not too noticeable.

The outside of the body isn't too bad but it's betting a bit rusty underneath.

I have 2 sets of tires (winter and summer) but that's just something you gotta have around here.

Great looking color, it's a shame it's rusting out though :( When you want to sell your interior, lemme know...
