Looks kinda out of place in my opinion.

I had no clue red was illegal. I was only told, and read about blue lights being illegal. I can't possibly imagine red being illegal for running lights. For headlights, possibly so, but I'd be amazed if it was illegal.Originally posted by kjw86ca@Jan 10 2004, 06:01 PM
Red is illegal in California. You should know that, your a CA guy arent you? No red or blue is allowed in CA.
You can't see these during the day when the car is off and the lights are off. But with them on, yeah, they are visible.
No, the white lights don't improve visibility. They are the same intensity as the amber bulbs. Try driving down the road with your parking lights on. Then imagine that light white. Thats how it looks.![]()
Thanks for the compliments.

Yeah, I read that too in the California code section on their gov website. I have the clear lights on my front signals, but i have yellow light bulbs.Originally posted by kjw86ca@Jan 16 2004, 01:17 PM
According to the California code book, no car shall have a red light, standing or otherwise, in the front of their vehicle. Same for blue. Blue, however, is illegal ANYWHERE on the car, front, side, or back. Red may be used on the back of vehicles only.
Thanks for the nice comments guys.

California Vehicle Code Chapter 2 Article 7 Code 25269. No person shall display a flashing or steady burning red
warning light on a vehicle except as permitted by Section 21055 or
when an extreme hazard exists.[/b]
I like the idea, but not too sure if those particular shapes work best. As said previously, it's really what you like.P.S. What do ya think?[/b]
