This is dark shadow gray. Possibly an idea for a new car color for the rage?

Toreador red still looks awesome. Black is a pain to keep looking nice, but looks cool.

He'd certainly be the only DSG 3rd gen that I have ever seen. I like the focus/escort dsg idea too. Are they as sparkly as the taurus color?

Your wheels would work with that color. Black goes with everything. :D (but we could definitely look around for some new wheels).

I don't know how to prep a car for paint, but El Presidente Rudy does. :makeadeal:

If you're gonna go gray, Sterling Gray (BMW) is the way to go.

Pictures don't do Sterling Gray justice...its amazing in person. Especially with a tan interior. Find pics of a BMW M5 with Sterling Gray and a Caramel interior and you'll see what I mean.

I'm going to strangle you

if i get that color. i would need some new wheels. Mark do you know how to prep cars for a paint job?

You're going to out-value your car if you want it done right.

As for BMW paint.. Costly and sucks.. Even in OEM form I can chip it by giving it a dirty look. Though, I guess really anyone could mix that color up.

Yeah, any paint shop can do it. And its such a nice color that many new Fords adopted it too.

Leave it RED ! If you want a grey car go buy one! you will be much happier with the results! Unless you plan to spend in the 3K to 4K for the repaint! The paint and supplies arent that expensive but the labor is!

Ehhh, that'd be easy to do. He only paid 300 for the car. His car is like your old proben. A nice set of tires costs more than the car did.
