Hello all I have a 2013 Ford Taurus that’s been having a passenger side headlight issues over the last two days that Iv been attempting to track down. So the other day I noticed my headlight started to flicker on the passenger side only before completely turning off and turning back on after a short period of time. I then stopped by the auto store to purchase a new bulb which didn’t fix the issue. After serval attempts to repair and check all fuses i believe I finally located the issue. The harness inside of the headlight was corroded and the found wire from the connector to the headlight bulb was burned out. So now that i figured it out I can’t seem to locate the harness i need to replace the connector and wires. The part number is PBT-GF33 which is can’t locate anywhere and it’s not a Ford Part. Can anyone please point me in the right direction Iv been working on this for days now. I’ll post photos of the harness below. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

note: the driver side light works normally

Any way you can just clean up the current connector and wires? Use some sandpaper on the contacts and rubbing alcohol(90% or more is best) to wash away any dust. If its the wire, just cut some of the bad wire off and rewire using butt connectors.

You might be able to use one of these, but I am not sure exactly what you are looking for, maybe a few pics to see what the problem is and what it looks like...but I am thinking a connector like this might be what you are looking for?

Headlight Connector

If that is not possible you can buy a harness adapter that goes from battery to lights and uses the existing driver side light plug to activate the relay, this is a more expensive option but can increase the brightness of your lights( reduces the lifetime of them also though).

Something like this Headlight Harness Kit
