P0301 Cylinder 1

Thought I'd upsate my perpetual misfire problem on Cylinder 1. Seems to happen upon startup randomly and regardless of conditions. Already changed plugs and switched #1 and #2 plug wires to see if that was the problem. Code still reads Cylinder 1. Could this be a coil problem or something more mysterious? Thanks. :(

I think you have multiple coils so just swap two of them and see if the misfire moves with it.

If I'm not mistaken, aren't the number 1 and 2 terminals on different coils?
