wow, looks cool, soo much progress in such lil time... so ur goin to drop in a vulcan? y not just find a way to drop in an SVO or TurboCoupe motor? those 4 cyl are alot higher reving and with a turbo.... i love the noise of a blow-off valve

and andrew, its all about weight savings, and no carpet is easier to clean and do wiring.

I ripped the carpet out, as the heater core is leaking, and it has been for a long time, while, it was naver cleaned up, what a sour smell from the carpet, so I tossed it..... anyhow the interior is going to be changed from the blue to grey........ so I needed another grey carpet anyways, as well, it makes it easier to install the center console

Was working on it tonight, grabbed the 86-88 rear tail lenses with the amber turnsignal today from the wrecker along with the rear wiring harness, got the lights installed, and just have to hook up the harness tomorrow, as well did a trans service to the ATX POS for now untill I get my 3.0 5 speed in there......

hopefully tomorrow I'll get the SHO instrument cluster installed and the wiring harness for the rear lights wired up

Hey Tom, Did you happen to notice if the window trim (all side windows) on the Junk yard SHO was in good shape.

I have Alberta SHO club stickers (as seen on my "c" window below. $5.00 dollars each. I have had mine on for almost a year and have had no problems with them.

Let me know when you want those stickers I'll drop them off.

The reason I asked about the window trim is mine is beat bad (recieved hail damage last summer) I have slowly began to get the body fixed but...I'll be going to U of A Engineering next fall so I have priorities on where to spend. I'll take a trip to Pick your part on Friday afternoon and check them out.

SHO continental: No, I wish :thumb: maybe down the road.

Wow two users from alberta in the same post! where were you guys before I moved back to ontario!! Anyways, I'd just get a tach out of a sable, i mean it will be more accurate since the vulcan doesn't redline at 7k like SHO's. Good luck.

^^^ Thats for sure! My Duratec was so rev happy, it revved to 6,500, my Vulcan red-lines at like 5,300. It's quite a bit of difference.
