Oh Ship Handles

I saw this car http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/314471 (last pic) and I realized that it doesn't have the handles. Did ford cut this out on gen4s? I know my gen3 has them.

My gen3 has them everywhere except over the driver's side door? I guess that's a good idea...
