ROTB 2014 NE Chapter

It is official! This is the Northeast Members' (along with some other chapter's members) Big Meet and Event this year. It is happening, and if you want to get in on the action, plan to be there!

What: Carlisle Events: Ford Nationals 2014

Where: 1000 Bryn Mawr Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013

When: Friday, June 6 - Sunday, June 8, 2014

Cost: $50 to register at this time with the early registration discount taken off at check-out ($55 regularly!)

TCCA (which has the most members) is a recognized club. We will be joining Liberty SHO. Sign up for whichever you prefer. The clubs will be placed together as one.

243 - Midsize/Fullsize (1986-2014 Taurus and Sable Sedans fit here)

Lodging: The hotel Raybob95 Suggested is our best bet. This is FINAL. Those who do not have alternate plans, book your rooms when you are ready. Sooner the better. Time is running out, and so is space!

They seem to have enough non-smoking double bed rooms for us. I urge you to share a room with at least one other person. Makes for more people at the hotel, and cheaper costs overall.

List above has been finalized. This was per the 03/02/14 deadline. Some people were removed from the list being that they could not commit, or I simply could not contact them. I have spoken to those who cannot commit, and I hope to see your name back on the list.

It is still not too late to join. It is too late for initial T-shirt order (any after this point are more expensive) and as time goes on, it will be too late to book the same hotel as the majority will be in. Space is getting limited fast! Some other folks have booked alternate options. I urge you, if you are going and have not booked yet, to either book ASAP, or to find someone to room with.

If you want to come, there is still ample opportunity. As time passes, though, so do discounts. Hotel rooms go up in price, the registration for Carlisle goes up another $5, and the materials fee (for a T-shirt) goes up at least $5. Get in touch with me if you are interested as I will still be willing to add to the list through sometime in late May. As I said before, I won't exclude anyone to come to the meet itself, but you may not be able to join in with much of the plans because of the limited space (i.e. hotel and other activities).

A big thanks to all those on the above list for being in touch with me. Many of you have already paid and registered for most of it. If not, many have told me their plans to do so.

This is really going to be a fantastic time, and I am excited to have everyone coming together!

Just to answer a quick question many of you have had... Carlisle Events will be sending you an envelope with everything you need for admission to the show, but regardless of how early you sign up, they typically send them out sometime in May. So don't be holding your breath!
