As you all should know, my wheels were involved in an accident with a curb, at high speed I might add. ..then as if things weren't bad enough, it was brocken into, my FRS/GMRS two-way Radio was stolen, along with my brand new (less then 2 weeks old) SONY CD/MP3 XPLOD HU was stolen. I was left with brocken glass and the wires. I replaced the window on memorial weekend. and got some slicers on monday. today or tomorrow I'll be getting some Yokohama ZRs.

Quite a collection of SHOs the owner of the wheels has

The wheels in the truck.. Lets get them home!
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=127833&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

The dirty insides of the wheels
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=127834&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

The dirty ousides of the wheels.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=127835&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

A nice scrubbing should clean them up.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=127837&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

The insides aren't so easy to clean.. this'll just have to do
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=127838&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

The outsides came out pretty good
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=127839&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

Both outsides.. clean.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=127840&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

Alright time to switch out those spares.. (FR)
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=127841&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

mmm.. Slicer.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=127842&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

the one on the right gets to return to the left side.. on the left is the new one for the RR
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=127843&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

here it is on the RR
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=127846&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

that one from the RR goes up in front on the left side.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=127848&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

it's floating..
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=127850&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

And with that the wheels are back to normal.. just with no center caps.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=127852&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

I have a question. Does anyone know if those rims would work on a Gen4? Would I need new tires? I wanna buy some for my taurus. I think they look sweet!

Could I get a MOD to change the title of this post to ""New Tires and Slicers."

alright.. Here are the new tires. I just wasn't comfortable on the ones that came with those slicers, my two still had some tread left.

SHO up in the air.. for the tires to be taken off.
http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=128175&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

And the tires are off.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=128176&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

Ahh.. An SHO wheel just strewn about.. that's not good.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=128177&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

the two left side tires..(the good ones) these ones are technically "bald" but that's alright.. I'll keep them.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=128178&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

..strewn about?.. we'll fix that.. Put it in the junk pile.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=128179&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

"""OK, give me those two old tires on these bad wheels.. No, I don't want them balanced.. can't you just mount them??.""" fine, I'll do it at costco.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=128180&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

the new tires, awaiting their position.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=128181&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

And the tires are on.. Lets go get it aligned..down at THAT window.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=128182&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

Up on the alignment.. umm.. thing.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=128183&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

Raised up.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=128184&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

With the 4-wheel alignment stuff on.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=128185&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

Adjusting the Camber.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=128186&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

An exagerated view of the 4 wheel camber... The car is un-alignable. :o :(
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=128187&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

What a nice job the attendants at Sears do parking cars.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=128188&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />

One of the left rear trailing arms is bent. I guess I'll be putting on a few new ones along with rear Lincoln brakes.

Almost forgot.. There was a clean Gen 1 inside...mmmm.
[img]http://www.supermotors.org/getfile.php?id=128190&toggle=fullsize&f=.jpg' alt='' width='1280' height='960' class='attach' />
