I don't know if I would've gone for the Sony HU, i've heard some bad things about Sony's car audio line-up. Maybe after you've had the chance to test it out few a couple of weeks then you could let us know how it sounds, if it skips, etc.?

Well.. I installed it yesterday.. and I do a lot of driving for some reason so I get good usage out of it... And it does skip!! :( ... But it was just once and I was going like.. 70 over some crazy huge bumps :king: .. But it adds some bass .. I don't know how but it does, And yes ashley it is better then the discman.. but hey.. that one was borrowed after mine was stolen..

And about the SONY.. I just like Sony, I searched through crutchfield so I could see all the specs and it came down to two Sony HUs so I got this one.. and as everyone knows.. the stock JBL comes with a Sony CD ..most of the electronics in my car are from Sony.. The Digital Camera, the HU, the umm.. I guess that's all.. my 2way-radio is a Motorola.
I have a Sony CDX 760 deck in my car. They dont make that model anymore, I got it 2 and a half years ago and the only complaint I have bout it was when I really crank up the subs it had a tendency to skip once in a great while. But the 10 disc changer I got for x-mas hasnt skipped no matter how much bass I crank, and it is hanging from the rear deck above the subs. Oh, and it is a sony too.
