I am replace all battery terminals. In doing so, I discovered that the long end of the cable was not Grounded and appears has never been. Car runs great but wear doea it ground to?

That's really disappointing to know. I fear ours near me is closing down. As to your original question, can you possibly include a picture and maybe point at the one you're asking about? If so I'll run out and grab a picture for you of mine.

The larger wire goes to the starter mounting bolt. The smaller goes to the fender.
