I have a 97 taurus GL 3.0 vulcan with a worn throttle body plate that is giving me a high idle.

I need a complete throttle body or a throttle body plate that will fit my car and not let air past giving me a high idle condition!

first check your idle air passage stepper motor to see if that is working. it may be stuck to high.
