Hey all!

I picked up a donor vehicle to upgrade my Sable during quarantine, as a way to give myself something to do during the evening hours. While it does have fully functional electronics (save a rear window motor) the vehicle itself wasn't salvageable due to engine and frame damage. About halfway through pulling the parts from the donor, I realized that the connectors (from the wiring loom that runs the entire length of the left side of the cabin) do NOT match the connectors on the base model.

So my question, as I am going to be pulling the dash out in the next week or so, is to know if this is just a matter of pulling the loom from the donor vehicle and swapping it with the one in the base model? Did this generation rely on the BCM to be reprogrammed for things like heated seats, seat memory controls, and electronic backrest adjustment? Any thoughts on this would be immensely helpful, as the Haynes manual and every online tutorial effectively ignore these components. Thanks!
