I'm not sure if anybody else here has seen this, but I've stumbled across a Gen 3 with an interesting hood scoop on it. What do you all think?

I think that was the stormtrooper from SHOforum. I think that one was sold.

The scoops look awesome. Anyone know where they came from or if it was custom?

Look like 87-88 Thunderbird Turbo Coupe scoops.......

They were custom IIRC, made to look like the supercoupe scoops. The hood is now owned by Bryan C. King, and has been painted silver to match his SHO.

They were custom made for the one and only Storm Trooper, (by Kirk)... He sold the Trooper and the hood now belongs to Brian King.

That's definately Kirk's old SHO, TURBO Coupe hood scoops, not Supercoupe, and I believe Bryan King has that hood now.
