Here's one i cant figure out. 2002 Taurus 3.0ltr DOHC Duratec

Problem: Intermittent Miss at idle and light load

Codes Present: P0302- Misfire On Cylinder 2
P0316- Misfire Detected First 1000 Revs

New Coil Pack (OE)
New Plugs (Autolite platinums)
New Wires (Autolites)
New PCV
New Intake Manifold Gaskets
New Injector O-Rings
New Fuel Filter
Clean MAF
Clean EGR
DPFE is good
EGR functions fine

Other steps taken:

Compression test- 240psi on all cylinders (OK)
Leakdown Test (OK)
Running Compression Test (OK)
Water test on plugs/wires (OK)
All test on TPS/EGR/MAF/IAC (OK)
ALT & Batt. Test (OK)
Fuel Injectors (OK)

Car has been seafoamed and i also ran berrymans through it (not at same times)- No change

Power feels as if it cuts in and out randomly and when at idle it will sometimes stubble or miss. Gets worse when car is warmed up

I CHALLENGE ANYONE WHO THINKS THEY MAY HAVE AN ANSWER...

^^^^^ +1

Switch #2 injector with another injector and see if the code follows the injector.

Have you looked at fuel trims to see if they are significantly different between the 2 banks? Have you checked the fuel pressure PID to see what the PCM thinks the fuel pressure is?

don't have a exact answer but looking at the book here is what i get

engine misses at idle speeds.

what you have not checked.

1 shorts in ignition or spark plug wires.
2 cloged fuel filters.
3 vacum leaks intake manifold or hose connections.
4 incorrect idle speed.
5 fuel or engine control system malfuction.
