I just bought the Metra kit for my Gen 3 and I have a couple of questions about it...

To power the radio...Do I run my own wires or use the yellow, black, and red ones that come off of the rear defrost button?

Also, the tab on the right side is broken off....what would be the easiest way to make the kit stay in place?? I was thinking epoxy or super glue maybe?

I have a similar problem with the tabs that hold the unit in on my Scosche. The tab on the passenger side of mine was also broken when I got it. I tried super glue, epoxy, and JB Weld. Nothing was strong enough to hold it on when I tried to push it into the dash. Finally I gave up on it and now it's being held in by the driver's side clip only, but it's not moving, so I don't think it's entirely necessary.

use the ones on the molex that comes off the defrost button, it will simplify things greatly.
