Nice car, a few questions though. What is that thing by your MAF, its close to the yellow dipstick, and it looks to be zip tied, or something? Also since your Vulcan has a few things moved around in the engine bay compared to mine, what is that above the 0 in 3.0 that is silver and cylinder shaped with something coming out of it? Last question is that the PCV Valve to the left of the IAC? I am looking to replace mine but am not sure as to what im looking for, and how to do it, cheap part to replace anyways.

Thanks! The circled part is the fuel pressure regulator. The PCV valve is mounted in the valve cover in the area of the red line I have drawn. The thing by the MAF is my siren for the alarm system and the cables for that.
Thank you James, and again wonderful car I love black, and thanks for pointing that out to me in the picture.
May I inquire you as to consider clear side markers as your next aestetic mod, they look nice especially on black, and if you by the correct ones (APC). I LOVE THE SHO RIMS!
looks good with the rims, budda, there are some for like $15, but they look really s***ty, the ones on my moms car are the quality ones that were 1st produced, look like oem except white. but have the same texture and everything, dont be fooled by imitation
FordAspireGV. u noted that u have an aftermarket sunroof, how has it been, any leaks? how much was the install and did it have a warranty?
No leaks since 2001. It even has a cover that you can slide to cover up the sunroof. I have had many sunroofs and have never had any trouble with them. The ASC is one of the better ones on the market. I am not sure of the cost since I had the dealer arrange to install this moon roof but I have priced them out to be $350 for one like mine.
thats pretty clean lookin, ur sunroof motor is mounted behind the sunroof, right? i wonder if they would do it like that, or like the oem front design. i was thinkin about a full length ragtop tho, those are cooler
hey congrats james!!! now, you live a mile away from me, and i STILL haven't seen Bruce's brother, wtf?? I'm keeping my eyes open for ya!! Congrats hun!

Sables are a bit more upscale than the Taurus. They usually have more pricey options stock. Plus they also have a slightly different front end, different back doors (on G3 and G4 models), different C-Pillar (on G3/4 models), and different rear end design. Otherwise nothing's different in the powertrain.
I have been really busy over the last couple of weekends getting the car cleaned up and ready for the Spring/Summer months! I would like to introduce the Comet GS-R! Over the winter, I have been gathering parts to make my car stand out.
I have already installed the UDP, tinted tail lights, matching door panels, new base model radio (without cassette) and the FSTB. Waiting in boxes are 11.6" brake upgrade, 8000K HIDs, special badges and lighted entry. She has also had a professional detail by the same place that did Jerry Stackhouse's car a couple of years ago.
Go to my site and read about it and let me know what you think.
I hope to see you guys at Lapeer and other meets this summer!
