A BDS 8-71 blower with two Holley supercharger carbs would fit on a 3.0L Vulcan with some modification to the engine and hood :p

Actually no modification should be needed to the hood, the most popular location for mounting an M90 is to remove the A/C compressor and mount it there.

You act as if it has been done to a Taurus. ;)

As stated anything will fit with enough work. It will take a good amount of work and is by no means bolt on. If you mount it to the top you will have to cut a large hole and construct a new intake.

You can mount it to the front which will take some work and maybe a new exhaust manifold.
