The Dummy Finally figured it all out!
Answers and Pictures of R+R tools [And Application(s) ] in Reply #11 Below!

Title says it all.
[I guess I've Self-Pavloved myself over the Boogieman of damaging the Aluminum Steering Knuckle in R+R-ing the Ball Joint]
[Moog tells me "It's Intuitive, with the proper tools in hand, which one(s) to
use in the process".
Yeah,Well I'm just a backwards southeast Georgia Saltwater Cracker, and no
matter how I hold my head or twist my eyeballs the proper tool for INSTALLING the Ball Joint ain't Talking!]

I've got the HF Ball Joint kit and the HF Master adapter kit.I can figure out how to remove ONLY with that Circus...

I've got the Autozone "Loaner",Ford specific adapter 3 piece kit.
(Pictures below)
Removal uses:
1.The Center Tool as a "Catcher"/"Receiver" placed over the
"Fat" (Non-Threaded Bolt portion) end of the BJ.
2.The Right Hand Tool (Which has a drilled insert portion on one end to place the "Threaded Bolt" into for Protection and Pressurization)is used as a "Pusher".
Installation MAY use (Here's the Conundrum):
1.The Left hand Tool [AKA Cone Head]as a "Catcher"/Receiver" for the Threaded bolt portion.
2.WHAT is used for the Pusher?????????????????????????? on the Big End?
[Illogically,I would ASSUME the outer lip portion of the Big End ?
(Outside the circumference of the silver-ish Raised metal band) would be
where pressure is applied????)
OR is the proper location the Center of the Big End?

Any and all assistance,comments,prognostications,Etc.Welcomed.

I've never used the kit or anything like it. It looks like you place the cup over the top (flat end) of the ball joint and the other end is put on the threaded end of the ball joint, I'm not sure how they expect you to compress it, I can't tell from the pictures. Maybe a c-clamp?

Someone here must know, I think your post is a little hard to read is all.

Anyone have the right answer?

^+1. JW, the tool used to compress bj into receiver tube is called a c-frame press (similar in appearance to a heavy-duty c-clamp). Dont forget to remove snap ring prior removal and replace after installation.

INstall

Sheila,

Which of the three tools in the AZ Ford Specific Adapter set did you use,
to PUSH the New Ball-Joint into the Aluminum Hub?
Thanks!

Clarification and Followup

O.K. So nobody else wonders "What Goes Where?" (And/Or "What do I need?)

First, the HF 3 in 1 kit and the AZ press kit are Virtually the same.

1.Picture of HF 3 in 1 kit AND AZ "Loaner" Ford Specific Adapter Kit.
2.Removal setup.
3.Install setup.
(As you'll note the BJ "Fat End" fits neatly into the "Naked",non-threaded end
of the "C Clamp " press)

Moog/Federal Mogul makes a R+R tool kit for the BJ,It's exactly the same as
the AZ "Loaner" Ford Specific Adapter Kit WITH THE ADDITION OF A FOURTH
TOOL FOR INSTALL/PUSHING THE "FAT END" into the Knuckle.

Save your money and get the HF or AZ 3 in 1 kit ("Loaner") and the FSAK ("Loaner")
tool Kit!!!

Happy Wrenching!
