I was looking under the hood of my Vulcan yesterday and noticed the coolant was a light brown grease like color. I checked it about a month ago and the coolant was normal green. The coolant level hasn't changed and the car is not overheating at all (stays around 30%-40% hot). Should I be concerned or not? I flushed the whole system out a year ago. Car has 260k miles on it.

Sounds not good to me. Keep an eye on oil vs coolant levels.

Seems like all tauruses and sables have this problem.
It's an issue with the Vulcan engine only. Vulcans should be flushed every other year, if not every year. The aluminum Duratec engine does not have this problem.
