I have remove the top bolts and side bolt, but any suggestions on tackling the bottom two bolts??

Yours maybe different, but on the 1999 DOHC it only has four bolts. Two on top and two on bottom. You can get the bottom two by removing the splash shield and coming up from the bottom. Use a box or open end wrench. The bolts can't be removed until you can move the compressor to the middle a little. Remember that when you go to put it back in.

I may have spoke wrong. It may be the top bolts that can't be removed until the compressor is loose. The bottom bolts are fairly easy from the bottom.
