After a lot of elbow grease, I got my junkyard leather seats are looking great! I still got some issues, but they look as good as ones I have seen in used car lots. These were in a wreaked 1996 Sable LS, hit on the driver side, mostly on the fender. After I got the junk yard crap off of them, they went in the car very easy.

I just need the driver side, which I am working on. I plan on leaving the center console as-is, it goes with the door panels.

Friday I got the driver seat installed. I gained a few features including lumbar support (they gave me the harness plugs so I am also going to add it to the pass side), tilt forward/back and I retained my power seat. I had to mess with it a little bit to get the power seat to go back and forth, it was dirty.

I managed to go through a whole bottle of Turtle Wax leather cleaner/protect and a spray bottle of Wollite mix but the project turned out great! The old cloth seat is going to be a guest chair in my home office. It looks great and the cats especially like it. hehe

Here are the pics!

Looks like a nice clean install. Looks great :thumb: BTW...lumbar support is awsome...makes seat a whole lot more comfortable.

Hmm...I like that chair idea with the old seat.
