Hi Chuck,

You can buy a key on eBay and find a locksmith in your area that can program the key. You can buy a remote on eBay too...you can program remotes on your own.

Keypad code is really easy, right up under the dash:

Check in your owners manual, glovebox, etc for the offical Ford card...and program your own code!

You should grab a picture or two and post it up on TCCA of what you're seeing...

That looks like a remote start like device. Try clicking the lock button on your clicker 3 times, see if the car cranks up...(if you have a factory remote clicker).
