Just to double check before I go spend my valued moola, the speaker sizes for a Gen 2(95) Taurus are 6.5 in the front, and 6x9 in the rear(with no modification?) or are the rear speaker sizes 6x8?

Yes the rear are 6x8's. Now 6x9's will fit with a little work, but nothing that will hinder the look or sound. Good luck. Mike

You can bottom mount 6x9s easily in the rear positions. You obviously cant do that in the front location though.

The doors are 5 1/4, and the rear deck is technically 5x7/6x8 but as saids you can mount 6x9 under the deck.

6.5" up front for me (back too, but mine's a wagon).

the doors in gen 1 and 2 are 6.5 in the front. if you find anywere that tells you that they are 5.25 they are LIEING.
