well i just picked up my 99se it has the vulcan engine 3.0
with about 55000 miles
noticed a few problesm
1 is after releaseing brakes when stoping the car tends to surge forward alittle.

2 another problem is when release the gas pedal it seems to take to long for the engine revs to drop off.

3 sometimes not all the time , the car shifts real hard on take off at a regular speed.

4 no cold air from a/c

any info on thease problems would be apriciated thank you

I would start by checking the level/condition of the transmission fluid. If it's low, or needs flushing, it will cause some of the problems you're describing.

The AC could be anything from a low charge, to a leak, to bad components.

Take it to your local Dealer & have the PCM updated to the latest calibration. That should help if not cure the surging, & lack of engine braking. I've done this hundreds of times at where I work & it always helps. SORRY, ONLY A DEALER will have the LATEST calibration updates needed.
