Does anyone know if the Jag and Bull share the same platform? Those taillights look like they would fit.

I just thought of something. There is a car in Australia called the Mondeo, probably the same car, I know down in Australia there is a huge aftermarket forit, B/C down there it's rather built. Has anyone tried looking for aftermarket parts for the Australian versions of our cars? It won't show up as Taurus Parts. Might be something worth looking into as Australia has a pretty tight looking aftermarket. Not to mention insane performance stuff alot of the time.

I belive the Mondeo is the same as a contour. Just the European version. Has the 2.5L V6 and everything.
The old Mondeo was the same as the Contour. The new Mondeo is totally different.

The old Mondeo and the Contour/Mystique are the same. The new Mondeo and the X-Type are the same. Neither platform shares anything with the Taurus. The 3.0L Duratecs in the new Mondeos and X-Types are fairly different too.

The Australian Falcon is very similar looking to the Taurus but it's a totally bad a** car that has nothing else in common. It's RWD, V8 powered (optional) and available with a manual trans. They can be imported to the US but it isn't worth the money to have it certified. They go for about $40,000 new with all the options plus the cost to ship it plus the cost to certify it = used BMW M5.

You can catch Australian V8 Supercar racing on Speed TV. Check your local listings.
