Well if they take more than one trade, then parents said we can talk about it, because I'd be getting rid of the SHO out of the driveway. I have some money set aside that I can put down as a down payment, and with the two cars, and talking him down (nada has retail just over 6,300 and edmunds has it for just under 5,500 they're asking 6,995) it might be possible. but first thing is first, he has to email me back, and then I can go from there.... :mj_banana:
I'll be up in Spencer on Sunday, Lamoreaux is right down the street from the shop. Let me know if you want me to swing by and take a closer look at it.
I love the way those wagons look with the 99 sho/se wheels.
The Cent. wheels are exactly the same except that the "pockets" (or holes or whatever) on the Cent. wheels are painted a dark gray metallic.
I've seen a lot of early G4 wagons around here with those wheels on them, Ford probably had an over run and used them up on them. Kinda like how the Sable alloys ended up on a lot of late model Taurus'.

Mostly...I'd be taking out my speakers, and my FSTB. and besides that I'd be trading my rims with sneke_eyez. Everything else isn't worth worth it/won't work on the wagon. I may take my cluster out.
So things are looking on the positive side....The guy i've been commuting with is very nice, and not pushy, which is nice. Updates will be made when I know them.
Hey man I stopped by and looked for it tonight and I couldn't find it.
I dunno, it was dark and everything, but I know my way around that dealer pretty well and I didn't see it anywhere.
However, I'm driving by again tomorrow and I'll look at it extensively once I find it. (the dealer is like 4 minutes from my house and I drive by it nearly every day, for those who are confused by the way I'm speaking)
Its a good dealership, thats where my car came from and they were good to my family.
Don't forget too, they can be talked down.
My dad has done it with the 5 cars hes bought from them.
Good Morning Mike,
Well to start good luck on your finals at school this week, been there, done that! But, yes we can take both in for trades, many people do the two for one deal, trade two cars in and buy one. And yes we can have somebody look at your SHO. Also we would have to take at look at your other trade as well. I am here all week till 8pm except on Thursday, and I am off on Friday, feel free to call or email, doesn't matter. Whenever you get a chance you could come down and have one of our managers take a look at one of your trades and give us directions to your place to look at the SHO. Hope to hear from you soon.

I think I'm making a trip out there this week :mj_banana:
Looks good, but I'd refuse to buy unless the dealership took care of that dogleg. It wouldn't cost them all that much if they do it in house, and if it tacks a couple hundred bucks onto the price, what's the difference. If they'll do it and sell it for $6k as opposed to $5600, you're really not being cost that much per month over the life of the car, and it's one more headache you won't have to deal with down the line.

Yeah, and if you spread the extra bucks out over time, it's really going to end up costing you, what, $15/month extra, to NOT have to worry about dogleg rust from that damage...
Looks nice. I like the color, and of course you can't go wrong with a wagon.
Take care of that dogleg, and rustproof the car when you get a chance (I'm a glutton for punishment and took mine apart to see the damage).
At first I thought you were referring to the Continentals

well yeah that too :rofl2:
