I found an rcu for sale. I am wondering if it is for a Taurus. The part# is F6AF-18C851-DA. It has heat cooling fins like a JBL/Mach RCU.

I dont know what it was removed from, perhaps an Explorer. It is definately an RCU and not just an amp. Would this work in a Taurus?

In all honesty, i doubt it will be plug and play with a Taurus. I really don't think anyone here will be able to give you a definate answer. First, nobody knows for sure what type of vehicle it came from, and second, chances are nobody has transplanted an RCU from this specific type of vehicle since there are so many Taurus RCUs out there anyway.

The only way you will know is to try it and see.
