you can buy a FM modualtor kit to play it over a FM frequency. You can also just plug it into any HU that has a Aux. jack. You can also just buy a tape adapter kit.
The modulated unit sounds terrible with a stock radio. I don't know if it is too far since the unit is in the trunk or what but I was with a factory guy that had one and wasn't impressed
Alpine just announced an AI Net controller for iPODs....so anyone of their unit will soon be able to control it directly.....which makes me wonder if its just reading the HD or truly interfacing with the iPOD's controls.....i have a 2.5 HD sitting around in an external enclosure....would be sweet to hook it up to my head unit

also, many companies offer aux inputs.....AIWA has a mini plug input on their head units (although i would never buy an aiwa head unit)

Alpine again, offers an AI Net unit to hook up RCA connections, which will also work with your iPOD

so it all depends on your budget.....

I have an AIWA unit, and I second that opinion. It does have the Aux input, though.
I read about six months ago, that they make a connector that goes on your RCU to us and an aux. input for Ford factory systems.

OK I just found one.
