I tried WD-40 in the latches like the FAQ described, but I still can't get the interior lights to shut off; even when I drive w/headlights on. Any ideas? Thanks for any advice you can give!
Try some electrical contact cleaner, and then WD40 again. Use the tube on the WD 40 can and stick it into the door lock cylinder and apply some there too. 99% of the time, this fixes the problem.
This happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I found that the dash light dimmer switch is also used to turn on the interior lights(bipassing the door switches). Backing off on the dimmer switch solved the problem for me.
