Well,
I wrecked my car february 22nd, the last problem on it from that incident is being fixed today. I'm paying for it, I said f*** the insurance. The guy called me today, and said my car was setup for "Street racing", I said there was a big difference between Street racing and Custom. He said it had bigger brakes.. I said... no replacement rotors. Water injection "smells like alcohol".. well I'm on the same bottle as when I had the accident, because I thought the last issue was due to the injection. Well the bottle during the accident (february remember..) had Alcohol in it so it wouldn't freeze and break the lines like the manufacturer suggested.
This car has been in the shop 4 times, 3 different shops, and JUST this last time they called me on it. The water has been disconnected, and the Insurance guy said I never told them I had that when I got my insurance, but as most of you know I've only started modding my car this past year.
Anyways, anyone run into this issue before?
Just because I have bigger suspension stuff, replacement rotors that DO NOT WARP, and water injection to get better gas mileage doesn't make me a street racer, why do they jump to that conclusion?
