Installing Rockford Fosgate 600w Amp And Subs

Before we start, I did a search to find instructions and the most promising one turned into a heated battle over who was right about underpowering subs. I don't want arguments here, just instructions and diagrams.

So...I got a 2 channel amp and subs and need to install them into my 2000 non-Mach Taurus. How do I do it myself?

I have the factory head unit, but after reading everything to do, I think I'll have a professional do it. I'm getting readjusted to being back at college after a long holiday and don't have the time to devote to it. Some reason I thought it'd be a whole lot less involved. Guess I was wrong.

I go to Auburn University in Auburn, AL. WAR EAGLE!!! I won't have two hours free on Saturday for about a month, and I want these in pretty soon.
