I would go to Ford Truck Enthusiasts, and talk to ken in the computer chips forum. He will be able to tell you honestly if you need to get a chip. I don't think that the injectors will automatically compensate for a blower. It's just a guess, though. A chip will advance timing, not help the car to run any more rich or lean. the O2 sensors take care of that. If it's running lean, I would look into replacing the sensors.
