I'm having problems getting the injectors properly back in the fuel rail. My first attempts leaked a little... so I tried (without removing it again) tapping it lightly with a rubber mallet. Now at least one of them is leaking a lot (a little shower when I turn the key).

What's the trick to doing this right? How do I know if I buggered something.

(For reference, I have the 2002 DOHC 24V Duratech)

Replace all the O rings (cheap at any parts store) and lightly coat them with oil before assembly. Be sure the bosses in the intake and fuel rail are 100% clean.
