michakaveli showed me this awhile back...forgot to bring it over here. Really neat in-garage lift system. Prices seem to range from $2000-2500 depending which reseller you use:

Pretty cool system...I want one whenever I get a house.

i would love to have a lift at home it would make everything soo much easier!! and if you think about it they really are not that much you could drop that much getting a tranny swapped in your car and with the lift you could do it yourself

i wonder how much it would cost to have the lift installed though i would imagine that is where you run into the big bucks

I like it. But I wouldn't want to have to set it up all the time. A pole barn set up would be nice.

From what I can see, it has sleeves mounted in the floor because the lift pods have wheels on so you can wheel them to the locations bolt to the floor and un bolt them when you are done so that they are not a prermanent mounted lift.

as the link says it is a portable lift system.
