39.99 that's a few tanks of gas, if you have a modified exhaust or intake, I'd say go for it, but if it'd be the only mod to your car it'd be pointless.

But overall GO FOR IT!!!

Plus, the cats are built into the Y pipes and on the Gen 4s (I know mine at least) I have 3 cats, 1 after each cylinder bank then another after the collector and THEN the resonator on top of that. My exhaust system is clinched up tigher than a 12 year old's butt-hole while at the Neverland Ranch. Yeah, new a new exhaust system from the CYLINDERS back. I'm sure there's a better way than Fords way.

to really do any good, you'd need to replace all three cats, with alot of fabrication necessary to make that happen. If your'e willing to do that work, then I'd say go for it.

do high flow cats really do anything? i mean, is there any dyno proof of it, or is it about as much as removing the intake silencer...

i always thought "high flow cat" was kind of an oxymoron... but i have been fooled before
