That is something different - chili for you!
Yes, it might be better if it flowed with the front bumper. A cheap way to remedy this is get some thin rubber moulding that can go in between the lip and the bumper to at least cover up the seam (you'd have to paint it over of course). Subtle sideskirts will go well with that!

A surprisingly good fit. Many Chili's and Bananas (

Just one suggestion... the very center could come down about 1/2" or so lower, IMO. It looks like it should be curved there to follow the contours of the front faschia openings. Other than that, it's quite nice!

That looks very nice and will look great if you fiberglass that gap to match the mock-up image. How did you choose that particular piece? Did the seller have sufficient dimensions for you to see that it would fit, or did you have to get something more or less close and then cut/bend to adjust?

Honestly, a buddy of mine bought one for his civic and for the hell of it I put it up against my bumper. I thought, man that looks awesome it's too bad it's too short. Then I thought I wonder if they have one for the accord because that would be pretty close. What do you know? They have the exact one for the accord! So I ordered it and put it on! On the accord it's supposed to slide over the bottom lip of the bumper. I bolted it right to the bottom. Just a little bending and presto! It is suprising how well it fits!
