1999 Ford Taurus sedan, 3.0L V6 "Vulcan" engine, 85k miles.

About a week ago I had a major coolant leak that caused the serpentine belt and pulleys to get soaked with coolant. I have had the leak fixed, but now my BRAND NEW (only 2 weeks old!) s-belt is starting to whine. I think it is from the coolant exposure. I replaced the belt myself so I know how to get it off and back on, but what can I use to clean the belt and pulleys?

The tensioner is pretty new too, only 1 year old.

Water, run a hose on it while it's running. It will feel good if it's hot around you.....
