Hi everyone, I have a 2002 taurus. Its headlights don't work with each other quite well. The focus height of one headlight is higher than the other one. The light looks weird when I drive at night.

I want to do the adjustment roughly by myself. But I don't know where is the corresponding screws. I open the hood and can not find the 2 common adjust screws.

Can anyone help me at this point? Thanks a lot!!

They are in the back of the casing, on the top left corner for the left one... top right corner for your right one.

Turning them counter clockwise will go up, turning them clockwise will take them down.

It's fairly easy.. just did mine 2 days ago after getting centennials.

Just remember when adjusting them not to adjust them too high. You don't want to blind oncoming traffic.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, why do you have to go and ruin the fun? :dunno: I agree, nothing worse than headlights that blind you coming down the road.
