So what? RADAR is an acronym for RAdio Detection And Ranging but we don't pronounce it R-A-D-A-R.
Everyone I know says Map Sensor and Maf Sensor, not M-A-P and M-A-F.
So who cares if someone says SHOw or S-H-O? I say it differently all the time.
I always say SHOw because either way I have to explain what it is. And because of that I prefer the one syllable over three. My bigger dispute is over the proper pronounciation of plural Taurus. Taurus the word itself come from latin and to make it plural you remove the US and add an I thus Tauri and is properly converted to a plural form. Two Is is improper unless you don't have good grammar. Like (an) only goes infont of vowels and Hs not consonants like Ss thats what (a) is for . Cause Tauruses just doesn't sound right. Kinda like Geeses....or masks.(but you can't avoid the awkwardness of masks.) et tu brutus?
All mods have been put on hold for now. I'm just maintaining my car until May, when I finish school... but will probably have a little time in between papers and tests to drop in and see what mods folks are up to.
If you've done something to your bull, post it here so we can know what you've...

Hey all, so I was looking to get a good gas-saving around town car, and I found an older guy, the original owner, of a 93 Taurus GL with 50k miles. I was doing my research online, and feel like the consensus is the engine is great, the V6 3.0, by the trans is bad and will go out.
Was browsing Facebook marketplace, and came across the oddity in the attachment. I know it was common from 1990 and up, but I've never seen a pre-1989 (non-SHO) with buckets and a console shifter. The seats look 100% correct, interior, taillights, and broken door handles all scream 88.
