Found a 2000 Sable GS wagon w/ 72k, said to be very clean for $5800,needs a dash disc changer (?).
The dealer could'nt tell by looking while on the phone if it was a Vulcan or a D'Tech.
Can some of you folks give me some input? If it helps the VIN #is:1mefm58uiyg609103. Thanks again! Jon, Ogden Ut.

VIN U = VULCAN

Doesn't sound bad though for $5800...is the changer broken or just there isn't one?

My best advice is, go drive it and see what ya think.

Twilight-
Kid said it was missing, a salesman is supposed to contact me soon. Any thoughts on how this can play in the price negotiation, and what are some component options for the Merc's?
Were'nt the later Vucans refined a bit, seems I read or heard that out there..
I found that Eibach makes a set of road springs for the wagon, still looking for a rear sway bar. I'm not ricing or racing here just flattining out the handeling. In fact Eibach describes them as a 1.4" drop and that might be a bit much.
