i wanna know if i can hook my neon lights under my car up to the alarm, so that when the lights flash for locking/unlocking the neons will flash too. can i do this

yes, use a few diodes to hook them up to the parking light output of the alarm, this way they will flash with the alarm but not turn on with the cars parking lights at night

in essence it is a device that lets electricity flow only one way....in pluming terms...its a check valve.....in road terms.....is a one way street. Ill post a diagram soon if i remember

is it like that thing in 2F2F when bryan opens the door of the skyline his underlights go on like interior lights? and could i hook an under light kit up to this?

The way that I did it is I wired the neons to the dome supervision light. That way when I turn off my alarm my neons come on for about 30 seconds or so instead of my dome light. The whole underside of the car lights up. People love it!
