I have a 87 Ford Taurus 3.0/6cyl with an issue. Under acceleration it runs fine, but as soon as I let off the gas to just coast, its starts to sputter kinda bad, give it more gas and it smoothes out. Anyone have any ideas as to what it might be? I was thinking maybe the TPS but I'm not really sure where it is located. I also thought i could maybe be an injector but I'm not sure how to check if one is bad and/or not functioning properly. I have already changed the fuel filter, plugs, wires, cap & rotor. Any help would be great!

TPS problems you usually feel on acceleration as well (same with a faulty injector), however the TPS is located on the throttle body if you want to put a voltmeter to it just to make sure.
